I have difficulty that my BLDC controller, that my input current is fluctuating.
Is it PI control fault of should I add any current filtration on input?

i only assume the ringings correspond to your transition edges ? drive has insufficient power to drive your load? secondary inductance from rotor?
don't buy me - this is not something i'm familiar with (i don't like zero responces)
the driver- & coilwiring- diagrams would tell the rest of the story here
