Hi everyone,
Long time no see!
Anyway, I am currently working on VLSI but I am confused about one aspect on modeling transistors. Why is it that PMOS transistors have a resistance of 2R where NMOS have a resistance of just R? Is it to do with the potentials involved (the body of the PMOS connected to power) or just some property of the charges involved?
All the best,
Robin
