could any body tell how can i Design an electronic circuit to generate gate pulses for thyristor triggering purpose if
Vs=10V
alpha angle(firing<)=60 degrees

please help me out

What are you using?
A thyristor or a triac?
The voltage is a AC one, otherwise you can not get a phase.
You need to find the zero crossing, then make a delay, then make a pulse to trigger the triac/thyristor.
