Two SMD type components,both have 5pins,on body one is written "VT4",and another one is written C08 2np (the 2n is written vertically)& their symbol is "U",I think both are IC,but I could not find their datasheets ,pls tell what are these components?Thanks !!!!

 

They don't usually put full part numbers on small parts, they assume you know the part number that you are using. This will be indicated in the schematic if you have one, but I am assuming you do not.

These codes are written in the datasheet for the particular part, so they are not unique. You may be out of luck
