Does anyone know of any specific PLL's with integrated VCO's; inputting a 97 MHz reference, and would want VCO to be phase locked w/ output freq. in range of 12 MHz to 50 MHz.

A Google search turned up these which perhaps would work for you.

 

I came across some of those too, however all of them do not meet the low VCO; lowest one on that link I think stated its range was from 35 MHz up.
