What exactly is the problem? I don´t know Circuit maker, but it sounds to me as a general circuit simulation software. "move instruction" makes no sense until you have the rest of the processor wired up. Move of what to where?
Post what you have so far.

 

If you're using the old student copy of circuit maker from around 2000, I don't think there are microprocessors even in that simulation software.

Are you talking about the profoundly generic "move" instruction that moves your circuit on the canvas from one place to another? If you are, highlight what you want to move and cut and paste it. The move functionality sucks in circuit maker, and/or doesn't exist. Dragging and dropping doesn't either.

If you're using some other newer version that I am unaware of, ignore this post completely.

p.s. - "Please help..." = getting attacked by a polar bear? Elaborate a bit, please
