Please help- Thevenin equivalent

    Determine the Thevenin equivalent of the network between nodes a and b then determine the available power of the network.Any help will be appreciated.

    In your first post you say 2mA, but the picture implies that it's 2A. Which is it?

    First thing that you need to do with finding the Thevein Equalivant is to Short the voltage supplies and then Open the current supplies. Then Find the total resistance. After that use KCL or KVL to find the voltage. Hope that helps.
