Sure. Start with a center tapped transformer that will take 220VAC on the primary and have 24VAC Center Tapped on the secondary. This will be a good start for your power supply. Then find a bridge rectifier, or construct one out of 4 diodes. A pair of big capacitors come next, followed by a pair of fixed 3-terminal voltage regulators. Was that what you were looking for?
