I am trying to find datasheets for an unknow diode.

The diodes in question are from a 48volt battery charger, and is part of the bridge rectifier.

They are the bolt in type, and this is what is printed on the side of them.

MEDL 8523
M25 600

Can anyone help me find a datasheet for these diodes

Thanks for that info.

The datasheet shows the following.

M25-600
Case-Cathode.
Vrrm = 600V.
Vrsm = 765V.
If(av) = 25A.
Ifsm = 300A.

Instead of me buying two Case-Cathode and two Case-Anode diodes to repair this unit, could I use something like a Vishay GBPC3506A bridge rectifier?
