A 741 opamp is not a good choice for a MOSFET gate driver. It is slow, and it is not a rail to rail input-output opamp.

There are dedicated gate driver ICs available that you can purchase.

You could go on a vendor site like Digikey or Mouser, and try searching for GATE DRIVER.
