Hi all,

Can pins 16, 17, 18 of the PIC18f4550 be used as normal I/O pins? Or are they dedicated to the USB module?

For the DIP40,
Pin 18 is dedicated to Vusb.
Pins 16, 17 (RC1,RC2) can be general purpose IO if configured for it.

The PORTC pins to be aware of are RC4 and RC5 on the 18F4550, when not used for USB they are Digital Input only.
