Looking for an 8 bit device that has more than 9+1 internal pullups (space constraints).

Seems PORTB + MCLR is the rule for programmable pullups. I've looked through a slug of datasheets and found nothing. Just wondering if someone happens to know of one I missed.

 

Depends on which 'family'. Some of the "enhanced mid-range" devices have more pull-ups. For example, the 20-pin 16F1829 has pull-ups for all 18 I/O pins... the 28-pin 16F1788 has pull-ups for all 25 I/O pins... and the 40-pin 16F1789 has pull-ups for all 36 I/O pins...

 

The PIC 18f26k22 has 9 weak pull-ups.
The Pic18f14k22 has 10 pull-ups.


Microchip has an excellent parametric search.

But oddly they don't have that parameter. I would contact them. Seems like an important parameter.
