I'm not PMing the schema.
It will post it at the relevant thread. PM means I will let them know it's up.

The LM723 has a reference of around 7V I think which the output is adjusted.
What is the max resolution that I can achieve at 32 steps.
I think I will experiment on that.

So for now I'll get a couple of PIC's around two each of different no's.
I posted a thread asking that before, so I will add these no's to that list. Then I guess I won't run in to a halt on which PIC to utilize.

Thanks all for the info's.

I am getting back to the finish the speakers.
After that, testing the steppers, hope I do not blow a driver.
Wish me luck.

Don't forget that these uC's have capture/compare/PWM modules. You can get up to 10 bits of resolution.

You could, for example, charge a cap via a resistor from a PWM output. You could use that cap to feed a JFET-input opamp wired as a voltage follower.

Hmm !! nice Idea. Worth a try.

Just now I got a slip from fedex
the TI's MSP430's μC samples are in custom bond.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I really hate those custom buggers. Always trying to make a quick buck
