PIC 12f629 cant get GP0, GP1, GP2 to go high

i have "#include" htc in my code. i use MPLABx with hi-tech compiler..

also compiling alright.. tshuck, is my voltage correct ?

yes, sounds good. Have you verified the voltages?

I think the pickit 3 does this automatically, but make sure the pickit releases the PIC from reset...

If i havent released from reset, but disconnected the pickit 3 and connected an external power supply to the mcu, doesnt it release it automatically ?

put a 10k resistor between vdd and MCLR.

released from reset.

still doesn't show high voltages from GP0, GP1, GP2.

any other ideas ?

i think i tried everything... except another MCU
