Phototransitor -USB

    Hello! I can help you connect phototransitors to USB? I just connect to the date + and data- in series? Thanks

    Assuming you're asking a question, the answer is no. The bare transistor can produce only an analog signal, and USB requires a digital signal. There are USB devices such as a LabJack or DataQ that can perform analog-digital conversion, but you may not be happy with the cost (>$50).

    I see. I guess that is an analog signal, but was not sure. Can you give more details LabJack or DataQ ? I want to build an IR touch screen. Thanks

    If you mean multi touch screen, I tried! But I did not find anything on Google, no circuit diagram. Maybe I have not looked too technical. Finally, a LabJack I could help make a multitouch screen? LabJack see that could be made ​​easier at home, on a PCB.
