Photodiode SPICE model

    I have been trying model a infrared emitter / photodiode detector circuit in ICAP4. I am using the university copy of the program at uni and therefore have access to full simulation options and model library. I have found the model for a BPW34 which seems to be similar to the SFH213 that I am using however the model has three terminal anode cathode and a third terminal which I believe requires a voltage source to act as the light receiving model of the photodiode but i'm not sure how to use it. I have a voltage source and I have set it up as a transient pulse from high to low voltage as the input to a transimpedence op amp set up . basically the transmitter /receiver is always on when the beam is broken the op amp output goes from high to low, this circuit works in real life as I have built it, but I would like to model it properly in SPICE.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
