I'm working with the same subject...

may be one can help me with this circuit:

    https://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=16568&d=1266865789

I want to change this circuit to work for three phases 115V400Hz. Everything is done but the values for R6 and R7. Those 499K seem to limit the current to some few μA. Normaly I consider abt 25 mA for a LED...
Does anyone have some experience with this circuit?
