Nobody. There are no magic bullets, and Santa Claus doesn't slide down the chimney on Christmas Eve. I guess the best advice is to pay your bills and stop acting like a deadbeat.

You have to request inaccurate information be removed. If you resolve an issue, the party who reported it, is suppose to remove it. Otherwise you are stuck with it, 7 years I think. That collection of negative bits of information, is just an excuse to charge you more money. Shop around for loans, most banks want to sell their loans, money just sitting around, isn't growing. You have options, you don't have to accept the terms, if you believe you can do better. When the loan officer starts referring to your credit report, an notes your were slow payment history (maybe a few days late on the phone bill...), and starts talking about points, time to get up, and take your business to the bank across the street. Most will make concessions to keep your business, don't appreciate it too much, expect it. If you go in thinking any loan they give you, is the best you deserve, you deserve what you get (hope you remembered the vaseline...).
