I have a question about PCB. Can anyone please tell me how to use periphery of the board for a connection on PCB.

I dont really understand what you mean. Do you mean an edge connector like cards for PC slots? Or how close to the edge can you have traces?

Hi kubbek,

Thanks for your reply. I am using PADS software for 4 layer PCB design.

My professor advised me to use periphery of the board for a connection(center papped coil).

I have traces in PADS for connection to terminals.

Can you please suggest something about this

Thanks and regards

You can either make the board larger, or try sneaking the trace under C7-C11.
I never used PADS, but why doesn´t it show the overlapping top and bottom traces? For example below C2 you should be able to see where is the blue trace going.
