    I'm considering purchasing a PDA.
I need to videotape a lecture.
Will a PDA with video recording capabilities allow me to record a 3 hr lecture.
I don't have a problem buying SD cards as long as I won't need to change it every 15 min. I would'nt be able to grasp the technical material.

File size will depend on resolution as well as running time. 128MB might be good for an hour on a cellphone, but they've got itty bitty screens. My wife uses a 1gig card in her PDA for watching movies.

I wouldn't think this would be the way to go with regards to not only the storage capacity/quality of the video but also battery life. You may look into getting an inexpensive digital video recorder such as Mini-DV or others.
