The home of Easy-PC PCB software is here:
http://www.numberone.com/
They have a trial version downloadable from their site. This is the starting page for the download process:
http://www.numberone.com/downloadrequest.asp?product=easy-pc&p=Easy-PC

If you already have the trial version, you can get pricing info on this page:

It is not "freeware". If you DID find such an offering for the software somewhere, it would be an illegal "pirated" version, and likely full of viruses/trojan horse programs.

If you would like to obtain freeware for schematic capture and PCB layout, try Eagle Layout Editor, PCB123, Express PCB, or myriad other freeware versions that are available.

It depends on what you want to lay-out a motherboard with zillion of components you should buy the software but for quick and dirty and without months of learning curve i sugest expressPCB.COM . that will get you laying out in days. but this is just my opinion for an unknown user.

I'd be surprised if that program was easier to learn or could do a better job than FreePCB--which has only one version, and that's the full, free version.
