I'm doing a PCB BOARD..
software i used is Proteus
but, sadly, I could find the inductor and potentiometer for my layout.

I haven't used Proteus.
If you can't figure out how to create a package, perhaps you can just use appropriately sized thru-hole wire pads for each connection.
