Google found software to convert expresspcb to Gerber.
The $25 version allows export.
That would be easier than redoing it.

Now I'll check that $10 price.

Don't think so.. They want gerbers.. Eagle exports gerbers though (well it better anyways)

here is a board I got from them a year ago or so...
4 layer SMT with multiple switching regulators/voltage reference/op amps,etc...
I just started soldering on that one connector.
Can't tell you how fun SMT by hand with 0402/fine pitch stuff is.. The back side is full of components too.

I understand, but an email from them requested .pcb , so I gave it a shot.

By the way. I didn't tell them I had .pcb format, so it looked promising.

 

I bet more than one PCB design tool will use a ".pcb" extension. Doesn't make them all interchangeable.

A quick search shows that P-CAD, CADSTAR, and PADS in addition to ExpressPCB use this extension.

I've used a place in China I found on EBay that deliverers the same 10 boards for $22 free shipping.

Free shipping from China isn't fast, but I get boards in about 3 weeks.

Search out "sureelectronics".

 

I use itead PCB services all the time. Quality is perfect so far and very cheap.. takes about 2 weeks or so to get boards from them in China.. Just need to send them gerbers which any PCB program should be able to output..
