You hit the nail on the head!
I get the feeling that Relicmarks thinks in a very binary way. Remembering equations, making lists, are good indicators of this. Anyone who has studied engineering knows it is hopeless to try to remember all of the equations, but they do know that an understanding of the problem will assist in a derivation of the formulae. Unfortunately, he doesn't awknowledge any of this, so essentially, it is a waste of time to try.
