Is any standards available for PCB dimensions?
or else PCBs can be designed with any sizes?

please clarify my doubt.

Make it the size it needs to be.

Many times, the size will be constrained by space available in the equipment the PCB will be a part of. Other times, some kind of standard may apply (ie cards for expansion slots on a motherboard).
