That is a pin header. You need to determine the pin spacing and get an IDC type cable assembly to match. You do mean "obtain" rather than "design", don't you?

Try using a dial or electronic caliper; if you don't have one, try a precision ruler.

A very common spacing is 2.54mm (0.1") center to center.
There's also 2mm, and a variety of others.

It's easier to measure the spacing between 10 pins, and divide the result by 10.

Once you have the pin to pin spacing determined, look for an IDC cable to fit. You might have better luck looking on the Digi-Key or Mouser site for the cables.

It's possible a computer cable for a hard drive will fit.

Those are extremely fuzzy - they might be RCA jacks. That is the same as for audio connectors.

could it be anything else? that output port acts as an input into my DAQ(1 analogue input and 1 gorund)

The picture is too blurry to see details. Sure look like RCA, though. The connectors carry coaxial cables.

With the center pin visible, they look like SMA. Get a drawing for an SMA PCB mount and see if the dimensions are correct.

The cable that mates with the pin header may be an IDC type - those as for 2.54 mm pin to pin spacing.

    Everything depends on accurate measurements.
