hi

in Parallel Resistors circuit

I studied this law but actual I not understand this is law how I1=R2I/R1+R2 why not use resistor(1) in 'I1' same=> I1=R1I/R1+R2?
please can you explain ?

The key to this is to realise that the voltage across both resistors is the same; this gives use one equation using Ohms law.

Also the parallel connection divides the total current i, which gives us a second equation.
