oscillator simulation

    hi i need to simulate a 200KHz sine wave oscillator.... a wein bridge one.... which software do i need to simulate it???? i've tried a few bt they dont work.... i've tried Proteus, Multisim, EWB...

    this is a try at circuit maker 2000 or version 6.... this is what i get....

    i used the figure 3 ckt in my lab for a test and the result was great.... a pure sine wave of abt 229KHz with abt 15Vpp....

    In the Circuitmaker version "osc.ckt", you did not have power supplied to the opamp.

    The +V gets connected to the top pin, the -v to the bottom pin.
    I suggest +10v and -10v.

    May I ask, what improvement do the extra parts in fig. 4 provide?

    They gently clamp the max output swing of the opamp so that its output does not slam into the power supply rails and produce a badly clipped sine-wave like the first circuit does.
