i want to design an analog oscillator for 13.56 MHz and the output resistance would be 50 Ohm with output power of 150mW. can you please guide me how can i design and do the simulation for this and which simulator would be suitable for it...

you can use LT Spice (free from http://www.linear.com/designtools/software/).

don't expect oscillator to produce high power, only job oscillator has to do is produce clean and stable oscillation. use additional amplifier stages to get required power.
