How to create the equivalent model of this diagram in the program?

Is there some compelling reason to model a simple three terminal device, albeit one with a rather pronounced temperature coefficient?

I didn't find model of these components on sites of vendors. I drew the equivalent circuit, but it measures the same tension. How to make a source controlled? The source replaces the sensor.[IMG]

I need to execute the following analysis types in this program:Bias Point Delay, DC Sweep,AC Sweep,Transient,Fourier Analysis,Parametric,Monte-Carlo,Sensitivity,Transfer Function,Worst-Case.It is necessary to clarify how my diagram works. Thank you.

I'm not familiar with Orcad, but simulators generally provide controllable voltage and current sources as standard components.
