I have a friend who is building a PIC programmed PWM signal that is feeding an opto isolator to power high power MOSFETs for a motor. I was wondering if there was a parameter that is listed in the datasheet(SHARP PC817) that tells of the maximum pulse freq that the opto can handle before some sort of saturation and the inability for current regulation to occur.
