Hi every one
I am using 40G clock. My friend told me that the clock is connected with ground, which is a one end grounded signal.
I dont understand why is this?
Since the modulator is also connected with ground at one end.
A ground loop will be formed to absorb noises, is that correct?
Why does this happen?
Thank you very much.
