when the opamp is connected as an integrated why we connect capacitor as a feedback ???

if we apply large frequency the circuit is open but when apply low frequency the circuit act as short circuit (a voltage follower) , how to overcome this

Isn't it the other way around? A capacitor blocks DC and passes high frequency.

In practice a high value resistor is often placed in parallel with the capacitor to help discharge on very long time scales (low frequency).
