Op amp for sallen key filter circuit

I am working on a project which I would design an op amp and use it for a low pass sallen key filter.

I am working with 0.2u cmos process, with VDD = 1.2V.
What reasonable specs for my op amp should I aim for?

Need little details, such as gain, bandwidth, and center frequency. You haven't given a heck of a lot to work with.
