You got er mate.

Just remember that the + 'supply' rail should be tied to +5V and the -'supply' rail to 0V.

If you are implementing this in __real life__, make sure you get rail to rail input op-amp. If just simulation/homework no worries, looks good.

The op-amp must also operate to normal conditions. The + is a constant 5 V at all times, and the input could/will change due to other components in the circuit assembly. Thanks for the help guys.

One last question, on the LM324 chip, is the VCC the supplied voltage? I hook up my 5V voltage to Vcc and distribute from there? Thanks mates!!

Op-amps should not generally have a Vcc, rather V+ and V-. V+ = 5V and V- = 0V in your application.

If your datasheet really does have Vcc, than I am at a loss.
