In some cases you pay a charge for PDF with "Old Granny knowledge". Means suggestions for stuff to do which either does not work at all, has been tried decades ago, or is just a joke.

Yes this is all scam, sometimes obvious, sometimes not.

They never can name the nature of their business in straight matters.

Sometimes it might be MLM, or a connection to the adult industry. Think of paying $129 for a small suitcase with perfume testers, knock-off's from well known brands, but selling much cheaper.

You would then supposed to be doing doorsales with that, or contacting all the women you know. Maybe, not just for the perfume. People who need money might be desperate.

So they may even trade your address and any information they can get out from you to third parties.

Emails about cheap medication, casino bonus, free gambling deposit, investment in Tuvalu and unbelieveable cheap gold jewellery will reach you quite soon.

Most of the legit ones I've heard of are blogging about products in forums, facebook, yahoo comments, etc.. Companies will pay you to blog and advertise their products. Naturally you get paid to post tiny 2 line adds on tons of sites. If your smart and can work computers I hear you can actually make good money doing this. But its pretty much just spam so I frown on it. You also have scams you can set up for job interviews, or free celeb porn. Anyways you write it to get access or part of the interview you must complete a survey. You post this on every job website you can find and all the people who click your link and fill the survey out you get like $0.20. But it adds up on a global scale. I'm against this because its spammy and helps the man get data. That, ebay, amazon, alibaba, and a couple other sites to resell are the only ways I know to make real money on the web.
