Offset nullifying (level shifter) signal mapping

    hi i am new to the community.
    Please help me design an appropriate circuit using opamp (TLC271 - for low power) unipolar mode.
    The supply voltage is 5V.Only one supply available in the board.
    My aim is to convert a 2.5V to 5V analog signal to 0 to 2.5V . The opamp claims for negative rail operation.
    though the circuit was working fine I find it hard to modify (using potentiometers) the circuit to work for another range (say 1.5 to 5V ) to (0 to 3.5v).
    I am in look out for a standard circuit that can nullify the offset ranging from .5v to 3V. ie. .5 to 5v to (0 to 4.5v) 1 to 5V to (0 to 4V) etc.

    In this potmeter in the offset nullifying stage nullifies the offset and potmeter at the gain correction state nullify the gain error.
    Vcc corresponds to 5V
    Vdd corresponds to 3.3V
    I have not tested the design yet.
    Will wire up and see how the design fares.
    By the way if any modifications pls inform as your all valuable inputs will improve the performance and mitigate errors which i didnt anticipate.
