You can't just reprogram any Microcontroller you find on a circuit board in a consumer or industrial product - they are most likely locked and cannot be re-programmed. Buy a new chip from an electronics parts distributor. Contact the manufacturers website (or the device datasheet) to see what device you need (programmer) that allows you to transfer your compiled program to the chip.
