the same way as you would with a n-ch mosfet + a diode.

 

Search for 'boost converter schematic' and go to images. There will be dozens of schematics, from simple to complicated. Most need either an inductor or a transformer, although a subset called a charge pump uses only diodes and capacitors (but can produce only relatively low output currents).
