    I need some help for figuring out the output voltage for:

    V1 = +0.1 V (DC)
    V2 = 0.1 V (p-p) sinusoid

    Are you able to work out the effective voltage at the op amp +ve input terminal? R1 & R2 values will have an important effect on this value.

    Assume the amp has infinite input resistance at either input terminal.

    For the non-inverting op-amp:

    Vout= Vin (1+(R3/R4))

    How do I handle Vin (V1 and V2) ?

    V1 and V2 make a voltage divider that reduces the AC signal to the opamp and will reduce the DC if V2 has a DC voltage.
