Hovering over "Alerts" gives date, but no time. Suggest you add Time or do it the same way as hovering.

Clicking on Alerts gives headings by date and time.

When I hover over Alerts I get date and time info (in the blue scheme, anyway).

Are you talking about the hideous orange scheme?

More problems with the Orange, "improvements"?
I have avoided The Orange Team and all their improvements (except the log-in page) for many months.
    I feel very successful.:p

Choose the blue theme, KISS. It solves several problems (besides eyestrain).

For now, i don't get it. Was using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Vivaldi browser, orange theme. No time.
Checked Firefox - Time appeared. Checked Vivaldi again - time appeared.

    Must be ghosts?

I have to keep ETO and AAC separate and colors work.

Vivaldi is considerably faster than Firefox, but it page crashes - not application crashes. Although no crashes on AAC. Crashes on Yahoo mail, Gmail, ebay and wunderground and titantv.
