i have BLDC motor from nidec extracted from panasonic printer but i don't know how to run it. i connect 24 V and ground terminals but nothing happened .Does it need PWM input ? the motor has 8 pins , what is the least number of pins to run it?. if any one helped i would be grateful

All BLDC motors need a driver. The driver takes the place of the normal DC motor brushes.

I think that the electronic circuit in the pic is the driver, Isn't it ?

Are you sure it is BLDC?
The wire label for the 8 conductors does not indicate this?

For BLDC you would normally have:
3 for the stator windings, 3 for the hall effect or commutation and 2 cond. for power.

    Max.

but i want to know should i need all pins as in the picture they are , 24V,24v,PGND,PGND,LD,start/stop,clk,brake. whare those pins and which will i need to run it?

The Utube video pretty much explains the connections and confirms it is a BLDC motor so it must have an on board controller.
The demos shows all the connections.
Looks like he made a speed controller circuit.
    Max.

yes he used speed controller but the connection isn't clear, if you see it please explain.
