    hi,
i am currently building a vac-former and i would like to a NiCr heater to heat the plastic. i need to be able to control the tempter and would like to split it in to three zones. the area for the heater is 2ft by 3ft. so a zone would be 2ft by 1ft.
    would love some help,
    thanks,

it would be best to have a strict control as the tempter is need is affected by thickness and the type of plastic.

i was thinking of using three tempter gauges mounted under the heater. what would you recommend to use.
