Help Please I have a project using fpga design and i found this project that i liked but i want it smaller with 36 led instead of 72 and if possible some help in recreating it.

 

I bet that circuit was a real joy to design (not), takes me back to the seventies.
If you find that translating to an fpga is too much it looks like a really easy micro-controller project. Might actually be cheaper to implement as well.

 

Well turns out i cant do such a project. So I got a new idea to a game of Simon flash game.
You know the game where you have too press the same sequence of buttons that flash.
Ya i like games
Anyway, I'm open to any suggestions to implement it in verilog on a fpga would be great.
