can anyone please tell me what is the acceptable range of neutral to earth voltage with 220 line voltage. we have a proble here got 100 vac neutral to earth voltage. and what is the impact of this voltages on equipment loaded.

Not sure how your country wires AC power compared to where I live in US but in a word NO - 100 Vac is not acceptible if you have a ground wire wired with the neutral and hot and are depending on the ground wire to safely conduct fault current to ground in case of equipment failure. Here in the US the neutral and ground wire are electrically connected in the main power panel so that the neutral to ground wire voltage should be zero.

 

Agreed. I do not know your set up, but something sounds way off. You need to find an electrician.
