Looking for a design or chip-based ultra-low-power VHF or UHF receiver. Sensitivity should be better than -80dbm (22uV@50Ω).
Selectivity requirements not so important.
Power requirements should be <50uA @ 1 to 3V.
Receiver can be powered-down for up to 250mS, and then turned on for 10mS to meet the power spec.
This one comes close, but power is too high even if is turned on/off because wake-up time is too long.
Any ideas?
