Wasn't sure if this was the right section to post this in, so please move it if need be,

I'm attempting to build a Bubba Oscillator for a lighting project, however, its been quite a long time since I've done Op-Amp / Oscillator calculations, and well, I can't remember squat, lol.

that is the circuit itself, however I am shooting for an output of about .25Hz if at all possible.

If someone could help walk me through what i need to know to recalculate the values of the components (not even sure where to start) so i can achieve this goal, I would be most appreciative.
