need some help with throbbing leds

yeah Leds are the wave of the future now. Brighter and cheaper than Light bulbs. Im usung the square Leds that i have on my proto board in the video. ill ahve to so some measurements with a Micrometer to make shure i get the right size, and to see if a Ic holder would work if not im shure I cna make somthing up.
