Could someone tell me what the plug looking components are on the right hand side of this schematic (there's 4 of them) and how is 90V reached on that side of the circuit?

    Thanks,

Thanks, are the neon bulbs being used this way to create the 90V, or is the 90V coming from somewhere else in the circuit (perhaps the vacuum tube is developing it?).

Wait a minute, I think you're saying that the voltage is coming from the vacuum tube. I guess the neons are there to regulate it perhaps?

Right. The neon bulbs are just big, glass, zener diodes.

    Is it a Geiger Counter?

I didn't see and put the Radiation Symbol together, until you said that;)

No, I did not translate the foreign language.

No, the Radiation Symbol. Yellow and Black with pie shapes.

I couldn't have seen the schematic the way you did or read the language.

I saw a vacuum tube, 60kV, 80kV and 400M. So it must be a gieger counter.

When I get an xray I can't remember seeing the radiation symbol but I remember seeing the pretty young nurse technician running for cover.

One time she told me to hold my breath then she disappeared behind the radiation shield.
She came back about 15 minutes later but I couldn't hold my breath that long. I was turning blue.

IIRC, anything over 25 kv can create x-rays. A radiation warning seems appropriate at 60KV.

Do you need a kidney? Cause every time I come on AAC I realize I'd give one up to know as much as you...
