First off, first time posting on here, so please bear with. Have a new project in mind for our company (Class 8) show truck. 2009 model 389 Peterbilt. Yes, a Big Truck. I'd like to wire the rear Light Bar / Mudflap Hangers to run as sequential tail lights. 3 oval LED stop / turn / tail lights per light bar (per side). Figure on solid state construction would be best, due to constant vibration. Failing that, building a weatherproof circuit board box, or buying off-the-shelf boxes.
Current draw on the lamps are as follows...Amber 18 LED, 290 mA, (turn tail configuration) 12.8V DC draw. Optional Red, 18 LED, 345 mA (Stop, Turn, Tail configuration) at 12.8 V DC draw.
This may be the first one out on the road with a custom built system, there are (single)1 piece lamps available pre-configured with STS and directional arrow faces, but that will be EXTREMELY difficult to sync up.
Any help for this will be MUCH appreciated.
Scott
